In its activity the Fund will use all the forms of collaboration and cooperation providing for free, qualified and authoritative activity:
· independent analytical studies and reports;
· seminars for trainers and specialists;
· rendering charitable, gratuitous help (doling and granting);
· creation of the centre of information and studies on global and strategic problems it the world-wide web, data-base of scientific research, scientific publications, etc.
